The wide variety of test designs offered by CTS did not occur by accident. Our programs were primarily designed by the industries each serves; from the test frequency to the samples offered, the community has helped design our tests to meet their own unique quality assurance and proficiency testing needs.

Time is a valuable resource, so we communicate lab performance through concise and easy-to-understand reports that are tailored specifically for each lab and each test. This focus on individual reporting is intended to provide participants with all the information needed to understand their test results.

Having worked side-by-side with labs for so many years, we understand that laboratories will occasionally have a question about some aspect of a test. That is why we always provide direct access to experienced personnel who welcome any questions.
